Super Moves with SuperCue Seniors

Falls, even the minor ones, can often be the start of a downward spiral into injury, pain, hospitalisation and loss of confidence and independence. And not surprisingly, our older adults are more at risk. Every year one in three people over 65 will fall, and for those over 80, the statistic is one in two. Super Moves with SuperCue Seniors is here to help you reduce your risk of becoming one of those statistics!

SuperCue is a Not-For-Profit based in Hawkes Bay, that delivers specialised strength and balance fitness programmes for older adults online, on DVD and in the community.

In their weekly radio show co-founders Bec and Marya will teach you simple and practical ways of improving your strength and balance, that will change how you move, look and feel.

Their tutorials will be followed with short sequences of exercises to help you put into practice what you have learned. You can do this from the comfort of your chair or standing.

Be amazed at how simple the solution could be to your pain, weakness, poor balance and lack of physical confidence. Check out the SuperCue website www.supercue.nz to access their fun programmes and feel the SuperCue difference.
